Welcome to Physics Plan-it, a resource hub for teachers!
This website is designed to support non-specialist physics teachers by providing practical strategies to help students move from concrete concepts to abstract understanding in the classroom.
My goal is to make physics accessible and engaging without relying on expensive or highly specialized equipment, where possible. I understand the financial and expertise constraints many schools face, so we focus on ideas that use everyday materials while still delivering powerful learning experiences.
Here you’ll find:
Info sheets and videos to guide your lesson planning.
Tips for effective questioning to deepen students’ understanding.
Activities that help you explain complex physics concepts in a clear, relatable way.
This work is part of my Senior Teacher Fellowship with the Ogden Trust, and I’m passionate about sharing resources that make teaching physics easier and more enjoyable.
Please note: The website is still a work in progress. I’m actively developing new resources, and as soon as they’re ready, I’ll update the site. Check back regularly for fresh content!

Thank you for visiting, and I hope these resources help you inspire the next generation of physicists!
